11 prizes awarded for top abstracts and posters at CSCI-CITAC Young Investigators Forum

The Banting Research Foundation awarded 11 prizes for top oral abstracts and posters at the Young Investigators Forum at the 2015 annual meetings of the Canadian Society for Clinical Investigation (CSCI) and the Clinician Investigator Trainee Association of Canada (CITAC).

CSCI and CITAC partner in the Young Investigators Forum to provide an opportunity for clinician scientists in training to showcase their research.

These Banting Research Foundation Prizes are part of the Foundation’s commitment to support the aspirations of Canadian clinician scientists transitioning to independent careers.

The top six abstract presenters who received Banting Research Foundation Prizes were:

    Madhur Nayan – 1st place
    Kevin Wang – 2nd place
    Pushpinder Kanda – 3rd place
