To submit a grant application, download and complete the application form, convert to a PDF and submit by email, AND mail a hard copy of the form as we require your original signature.
The signature page may be scanned and emailed with your application, along with the letter of nomination and other attachments. Please consider the size of your files – scanned files can become quite large if colour pictures are included. Convert from Word to PDF, use existing PDFs of attached articles, etc, when possible, and only scan what needs to be scanned.

Naming Submission Files
To properly identify your application, use this naming convention: LastnameFirstname_BRFApplication_2017.pdf
Attachments may be included with the application document or compiled into a single document and named LastnameFirstname_attachments_BRF_2017.pdf
The next application deadline is March 15, 2017, 5:00 pm ET.
Emailed documents must be received no later than March 15, 2017, 5:00 pm ET.
Please mail or courier your original hard copy immediately (next day or shortly after); we must have the original in hand to consider your application.
